Happy New Year to everyone! AGM finances: The club held its AGM last month. As with every club, the issue of finance was a key one. Club treasurer, Larry Howard presented the annual accounts. They revealed that last year in total, we spent €185,164 to run all the club’s on and off field activities. Significantly, only 26% of this was raised through club membership fees. The rest we fundraise in order to keep our membership subs low. Weekly lotto: Our weekly lotto is the main source of this fundraising which enables us to keep membership fees down. It is also a chance for you to nab €12,000. The winning numbers in last week’s draw were 2, 8, 25 & 29. The weekly prize winners were Conor Monaghan and James Leonard. Get your tickets HERE. Club players named in “teams of the year”: Three clubmen were named in hurling and football club teams of the year earlier this week. Stephen Kelly and Anto Byrne who were named in the hurling team of the year. Stephen was named at midfield with Anto being giving the centre forward slot. While Daniel Keane was given the nod at left half forward on the football team. We're looking forward to them brining this form into the New Year! 
Congrats: In what’s been a good few days for Stephen, he also got married to Katie Graham. Congrats to both and enjoy your Las Vegas honeymoon.
