Welcome to this week’s club news Movie night and “glamping”: There are still a few spots left for our outdoor movie night on Saturday, 9 September. As well as the fun children’s animation SING, there’ll also be a bouncy castle and food stalls, we’ve even putting on breakfast the next morning! Tickets HERE 
Senior hurlers face D-Day: It’s quarter final time for our senior hurlers on Saturday at 6:30pm in Aughrim. The lads will play Carnew in a do or die clash. Get them and support them! Ladies footballers march on final: In what we hope will be the first of many for our adult teams this season, our ladies footballers have reached their county final. The did so with panache by dispatching Kilbride 4:13- 2:07. They had a massive panel of 29 players on the day which augurs well for the final which is set for 10 September. Venue to be confirmed. We’ll keep you posted. 
Weekly lotto: It comes on rolling up. The winning numbers in this week’s draw were 10, 19, 21 & 29. Rachel Garvey and Michael O’Malley picked up the weekly cash prizes. This Monday’s jackpot is €9,600. Must be worth €2 HERE U14 Camogie heroics: What a performance by this team in their own county final this week. Although they were just pipped by a more experienced Bray Emmets outfit, Olive Farrell effusively informs us that all 19 of them battled to the last puck and are a credit to themselves, their families and our club. Well done girls. 
Underage footballers blitz it in Blessington: Our juvenile footballers had a great time altogether at the weekend when they played in an inter-county blitz in Blessington.
