Senior footballers commence championship with win: Our men’s senior football team commenced their championship campaign by pipping Annaccura by a single point in Ashford last weekend. It was a nervy ending by a deserved victory nonetheless. This was the first of three group matches they’ll play. Click HERE for match report.
Weekly lotto: It’s getting pretty serious now, with the jackpot standing at €8,000! There were a couple of people who came close to matching all four numbers of 1,6,15 and 25. Paul Hanlon and Michael Andrews picked up the weekly cash prizes. Get your tickets HERE. Golf classic 2017: Date for your diary-Our annual golf classic is chalked in for Friday, 4th August. More details to follow. U12 Camogie team in action: Our under 12 camogie team have been having a really good year. Their enthusiasm and dedication has been constant throughout the season. Their most recent match against Avoca was no exception.
Summer Camps: The popular GAA Cul Camps are now open for booking. They will take place in the club on: July 17-21 (hurling/camogie) July 24-28 (football) Cost: €60 for 1st. child; €50 for 2nd child; €40 for 3rd and subsequent children. For children attending a second camp, without the complimentary gear, the cost is €35. Attendance is open to primary school children aged 6 years to 13 years.
