Excellent weekend for the club with the Junior Hurlers winning Div 3 and gaining that all important promotion to Div 2. Some brilliant performances on the night particularly in the 2nd half when we were a player down. Well done to everyone involved and we look forward to the championship now for both the Junior C's and the A's.
Another vital win for the footballers followed on Sat evening against Annanough in Div 2 - final score read 2-12 to 1-5. After a slow start in the division the lads are really playing well winning there last 7 matches in a row to put themselves in with a very good chance of qualifying for a semi final with a win in there final game against Ballylinan - that game is down for next Sunday @ 7.45 in Acragar and we need as many up to support as possible.
