The minor team had a good victory over Sam Maguire at home on Tuesday evening. Catlehaven played some very good football in the first half and got three early goals to lead at half time by 3-10pts. to 1-03pts., Sam Maguires improved for the second half, but Castlehaven finished well to win the game by 4-13pts. to 1-09pts. The U14s continued their league campaign on Thursday night when Clonakilty were the visitors to Union Hall. After a close first half Clon lead at half time by 1- 08pts., to 1- 04pts. The Haven upped their performance in the second half kicking some great scores to win out in the end on a scoreline of C/Haven 3-10 Clonakilty 2-10.
