Congratulations to Maurice McCarthy, he won the club lotto jackpot of €1,750, numbers drawn were 1-10-19. Joe Maguire was the seller of the lucky ticket. Next weeks jackpot is €1,000, draw will take place at The Horse & Hound on Monday 3-3-14 The Rebel Og Premier 2 draws of the championship took place on Friday night with the U18 V Charleville and the U 16 V Clonakilty for the preliminary rounds. There was hugh disappointment on Saturday with the defeat of St. Fachtnas in the Corn Ui Mhuiri semi final, all the players performed very well but they did not get the rub of the green needed to win close matches.
