Castlehaven and The Dohenys played out a high scoring game last Saturday evening in Rosscarbery.Castlehaven had the advantage of a strong wind in the first half and dominated the early proceedings. They played some great attacking football leading by 1-05pts to 0-02pts after 15 mins. The Dohenys settled and scored a goal before the break leaving the halftime score Castlehaven 1-07pts to Dohenys 1-03pts.
Both sides swapped early points in the second half. Castlehaven scored 1-2pts to stretch their lead to by 8 pts with 15 mins remaining. Dohenys went all out attack and scored a late penalty to cut the deficit but Castlehaven saw out the game to win by 2-15pts to 2-10pts.

Castlehaven Boys Underage club are holding their inaugural fundraising golf classic on Saturday 28th April in West Carbery Golf Club Skibbereen. Music & Presentation of prizes in the golf club on the night from 9.30pm. All club members please support.
