Castlehaven GAA Club

The Castlehaven junior 1 team  recorded their third win in the league after they defeated Kibrittain away on Wednesday 7th.It was a very high scoring game played in very wet weather conditions .The first half was very even with the teams exchanging points early on . Castlehaven scored 1 -02pts before the break to lead at half time 1-08pts to 0-06pts . Castlehaven improved as the the progressed and played some excellent football in the second half . They finished the game strongly  with some late scores to win the game   Castlehaven 2-17pts Kilbrittain 1-09pts . The Castlehaven GAA club would like to congratulate Kilbrittain on their super  new pitch .  The Castlehaven minor team are top of their section of the non exam league after a very good victory over Canovee on Tuesday 6th. Castlehaven had the wind in the first half and kicked some fine points to lead at half time by 0-07pts to 0-01pts.Canovee upped their performance early in the second half scoring 3 goals leaving the sides level Castlehaven 1-09pts Canovee 3-03pts after 15 minutes.

Castlehaven regained their composure and finished the game strongly with a goal and three points to win the game Castlehaven 2-13pts Canovee 3-03pts.
