The Castlehaven U21 team played The Dohenys last Sunday evening in Aughaville for the Carbery divisional final.
People say " A good start is half the battle " and this prooved true as The Dohenys dominated the first half, leading by 2-05pts to 0-01pts at half time.Castlehaven upped their performance and competed far better in the second half. The Castlehaven U12 team traveled away to play Newcestown on Tue 25th for a league game . Castlehaven played some excellent football in a high scoring game .It was a great game played in dreadful weather conditions .

The Skibbereen Community School had great win last week in the semi final of The Munster 16 1/2 B championship .
They defeated St. Colman's College Fermoy in a high scoring game by 4-14pts to 5-08pts.
They now play St. Pats Castleisland in the final .

Castlehaven U12 girls played the Ross girls team in the first league game of the year last Saturday morning . Castlehaven scored an early goal to lead at half time by 0-02pts .The second half was low scoring with both
team playing very good football .Castlehaven held on to pick up the league points by 2-04pts to 0-09pt
