Well done to Galway Seniors, Panel and Management in the All-Ireland. Congratulations to local Sarsfields star Joseph Cooney.

Kilkenny significantly upped the intensity levels in the second half so it wasn't to be, but to be in the All-Ireland is where Galway want to be and fair play to them for getting us there. Monster points from Jason Flynn, David Collins and many other huge talking points shows what Galway are capable of, we hope it will be just or better for 2016.

SHC would like to congratulate the winning Galway Minor team, panel and management. Congratulations to local Sarsfields stars Kevin Cooney and Ian Fox.

Well done to John Monaghan of Sarsfields on winning the 2015 Freestyle Hurling Championship in front of a full house of 82,000 people at Croke Park.

Well done also to Alex Connaire of Sarsfields wearing the #7 Galway jersey with Cumann na mBunscol during the half time skills exhibition.
