The second team footballers were beaten by Na Fianna last weekend in the championship. Well done to the U11 hurlers and their management who won the Knocklyon Cup on Sunday in Ballyboden, a great display of hurling and Counsel won their four matches. The Good Counsel summer camps will be taking place for boys and girls under 13 on the following dates: Hurling and Camogie camp takes place on Monday 13 to Friday 17 July. Football camp will take place from Monday 20 to Friday 17 July. Both camps run from 10am to 2pm each day. The camps will be supervised by qualified coaches and there will be Dublin stars as guest coaches. The Club Lotto was not won this week. The numbers were 14-18-26. Next week’s jackpot is €5,800. Bingo continues on Wednesdays in the Club at 8.30pm. Texas Hold'em is on Fridays at 9pm. Button accordion and concertina lessons are on Mondays at 8 and set-dancing is on Mondays from 7.30pm.
