Football News



Congratulations to Dessie Conneely who will captained Galway Minors last week in a Connacht Final victory against Mayo.



Also David Wynne, Gareth Bradshaw and Peter Cooke are on the Galway panel to face Roscommon in the Senior Connacht Final Replay at 3.30pm on Sunday in McHale Park, Castlebar.



Congrats also to 4 of our U16's who will be on the Galway City & West Ted Webb panel who will play Roscommon in McHale Park as a curtin raiser for the big match. Kick off will be 1.30pm. Well done to Andrew Power, Sean Croke, Evan Kenny and Jamie Cox on all their hard work so far to make the panel.



Well done to Brid Conneely and Dave O' Reilly who organised a very successful Cul Camp last week with 107 kids registered. 



Our U14's play Monivea on Friday evening in Monivea at 7pm in the next round of the championship. Good luck lads !

Hurling News



Our Seniors lost out to Beagh last Friday evening in Kenny Park in the Senior Championship. Despite being in the lead by 1.8 to 1.4 at half time Beagh powered ahead in the second half to finish with 3.13 to 1.10 winners. Well done to all the lads and management who have put in a lot of hard work all season. Moycullen will play senior hurling again next year so roll on 2017 !



U6, U8 and u10 Hurling is on Fridays 6.30 to 7.30pm. You can register on the evening. New members welcome.
