SMRC Lotto:

SMRC Fasion Show:
It's this Thursday in The Strand Hotel, Limerick, at 8pm.
There are still some tickets left, but don't be 'that person' who didn't get yours before they were all gone, ok? And as if you needed even more reason to attend we have signed up models from the boys and girls junior crews, the senior men and women ... and the highlight of course will be the Veterans.

Tickets can be ordered from any club member and are also on sale at the club on Thursday & Friday evenings from 5-6pm.

Rowing News / Head of the River 2017:
We did it!! After many cancelletions, we finally had a super day in O'Briensbridge, with 243 crews signed up to compete. SMRC had many great performances; our men's Masters 8 pulled off a scorching 10min 34secs performance - well rowed lads.
Other 1st places were MI 2X, MJ18 4+/Men's Junior 18 4+/4-, MJ16 1X, WS 4X-, WS 2X, WI 4+/4-, WI 2X.
We had 2nd places in MI 4+/4-, MJ18 4X, MJ15 4X, WI 2X, WJ18 4-, WJ16 8+.
SMRC 3rd places went to our MI 2X, MM 8+ (the oul lads like their 8's!!), MM 1X.
Well done to all our crews, and a hearty thank you to all crews who visited, our trusty volunteers who were vital in the success of the Head, and each person who had a role in 'Making SMRC Head Great Again'.
Pontoon Update:
"if the hat fits..."
We're nearly there...
In just a few short weeks we will see the arrival of the new pontoon which will take 2 days to install, and then it'll be ready for immediate use. It's a very exciting time for SMRC and we need all the support we can muster. It's full steam ahead!! Please get your friends to join SMRC Lotto -
