Our seniors had a terrific weekend when they reached the semi finals of the county championship, bridging a 25year gap since our last time at this stage of the competition.
To get to this stage the lads had to overcome Eire Og Annacarty, the same team who accounted for us last year, last Sunday in very windy conditions, in the Ragg. A full match report is available in on www.borris-ileighgaa.com
We now go on to play Loughmore in the semi final Sunday week, the 29th, in Semple Stadium with a 3.30pm throw in.
Our under 21s are out this weekend in their first championship match of the year when we play Burgess in Nenagh at 2.30pm this Saturday.
Next weeks draw takes place in Finns(Joe Loughnanes) and the jackpot is worth €5,400
