It was very much a mixed weekend for us on the field of play this weekend. Our seniors bounced back very well from our disappointing defeat to Silvermines in the North Semi Final to record a very comprehensive victory over JK Brackens in the County qualifiers last Friday evening on a score line of 5-18 to 0-09.
And last Sunday our Junior As had a heart breaking defeat in the North League final where we lost out on bringing a much deserved North title back to Borris. Luck was just not on our side on the day and we lost out on a score of 0-13 to 0-11.

Our Minors kick of their championship campaign this Friday night, the 28th, when we entertain Toomevara in Borris with a 7.30pm throw in. And are quickly out again Wednesday next, the 3rd July, away to Nenagh with a start time of 8pm. We hope to see a big turn out for both games to support our up and coming stars.
Next weeks draw takes place in Stapletons Bar, Main St. and the jackpot is worth €11,600.
