4. John Cummins, Knockakelly All roads lead to Thurles this weekend as we prepare for our first Senior County Final in 29 years. After a terrific year where the lads have gone from strength to strength they face their toughest test yet when we take on Thurles Sarsfields who are going for a four in a row. This promises to be a cracking encounter and we encourage everyone to make sure and make it to Semple Stadium on Sunday at 3.30pm to cheer on the lads.
Congratulations also goes to our under 11s who last night won the North plate final. This is the precursor for next years under 12 championship which puts us in good steed to defend our title next year. Next weeks draw takes place in Finns(Joe Loughnanes) and the jackpot is worth €19,600
