4. Darragh Rabbitte, Australia(ONLINE) The seniors continue their march towards Championship hurling as they have a couple of matches coming up over the next week. Tomorrow night(Friday) we play neighbours Templederry in the park in what promises to be a quality challenge match, throw in is at 8pm.
Then on Wednesday night we play Upperchurch in our second league match of the year. This match is also on in Borris and with both teams set to play each other in the Championship later in the year this is sure to be an intriguing encounter. Throw in again is 8pm and all support would be greatly appreciated. There was disappointing behaviour over the last couple of weeks in the park as there has been a couple of instances of vandalism done to the new fairy trails that have recently been erected. This is very disappointing carry on as an awful amount of volunteer work is being done to make the park a better place for everyone in the parish. Can everyone, young and old, please remain vigilant and report any anti social behaviour they might see. Next weeks draw takes place in Coffeys Bar and the jackpot is worth €14,000
