After all the excitement of the official Clubhouse Opening last weekend it was back to action on the pitch, and what a great week for the Mc Meel's Pharmacy sponsored footballers with three Championship wins. The Senior team beat O'Tooles in the Senior Championship last Thursday, while on Sunday the Junior 1 team also beat O'Tooles in the Junior B Championship and the Junior 2 team rounded of a perfect weekend with victory against Trinity Gaels.

Well Done to the U15 footballers who had a good win in Div.2. Also Hard Luck to the Hurling Feile team who lost to Raheny in the re arranged Div 2 Final on Saturday. Great effort from all involved, players, mentors, helpers and supporters you did the club proud.

Well Done to Harry Dawason (0-2) and Jack Smith who played with Dublin senior footballers in challenge victory over Cork, and to Ross McGarry (0-2) and Ian Furlong who played with Fingal hurlers in their Nicky Rackard Cup win against Louth.

The Football Div.1 Feile is being hosted in Skerries this Saturday. Best of luck to all involved. All support welcome.

Please encourage all parents to take these vouchers when offered and pop them into the Harps entry box. The kit is to the value of €1000 and includes training bibs, kit bags water bottles football's etc.

Our first golf outing of the year is in Balbriggan G.C. Friday 5th June. Timesheet 11-40 to 13-50. New members and visitors always welcome. Golf followed by meal and prize presentation in Harps clubhouse that evening. Contact Paul Murray at 0851740474 to book a tee time.

Academy on Saturday morning at 10am across on all-weather pitch, Club Shop also Open. Tea and Coffee available upstairs in clubhouse.

Congrats to the Skerries U11 Community Games hurling team who are in the Dublin Final on Tuesday night.

The Zingo result from last night was 1-2-3-5-7-4-6. We had no winner of the Jackpot so the Jackpot is now €1,100. The Next Draw is Thurs 21th May in The Bus Bar at 10.30pm. Well Done to all the Skerries cyclists who took part in the Cycle Against Suicide round Ireland rally over the last two weeks.

The club extends its sympathy to the O'Flaherty family on the recent death of Ber's father Gabriel Jones. May he rest in peace.
