This Saturday we are hosting Division 2 of the Dublin Camogie Feile. Games will take place throughout the day on the Main Pitch & on the Community Centre pitch. The 1st games throw in is at 10.30am with the semi-finals scheduled for 3.45pm. Full match schedule is available on our website. All support welcome!
Skerries Harps under 12 Hurlers entered two of their hurling panel in the O'Tooles Hurling wall competition on Good Friday. Well done to both Ethan Dunne and Luke Whelan on their strong performances. Many thanks to Lenny Rock from O'Tooles for organising a great Good Friday.
Our Easter schools Hurling & Camogie tournament sponsored by the Sports Shop was a great success. 120 kids from all the schools took part. Congrats to Rory Boylan who won the Junior player of the tournament and to Jane Maguire on winning the Senior player of the tournament.
Harps u14 footballers, sponsored by Moriarty’s SuperValu, took up the invite from St. Tiarnach’s GAA Club, Clones, Co Monaghan on Easter Sunday to play a challenge with the local club as part of the National Football League date for Dublin vs Monaghan. See full report at: Full Match Report
Congratulations to Eve Kehoe from Skerries Community College who captained Dublin Senior Colleges team to all Ireland Victory in the Inter-Provincial Colleges Camogie Championship last week.
As part of the New Clubhouse celebrations a Senior Football Challenge between Dublin and Galway will take place on Sun 19th April at 2pm in Skerries. Admittance on the day by Ticket only. Adult tickets €10 and U16s tickets are Free. U16's Must be accompanied by an Adult when receiving their ticket. Tickets are now on general sale. Tickets are limited so get your ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Official Clubhouse Opening on Sunday May 3rd: Opening Ceremony 12pm. Followed by Challenge Match with Dublin Senior Ladies Footballers at 2pm and Dublin Senior Camogie at 4pm, opposition for both matches TBC later. Mon 4th May Juvenile Day: Solo Run 2pm followed by Music and BBQ. Primary Schools league starts at 4pm.
Fixtures: Sat 11th April Senior Football V St. Pats (P) Home 6pm. Sun 12th April Junior Football V Naomh Fionnbarra Away 11am. For all other fixtures, results and up to date news see skerriesharps.ie Juvenile Academy returns on Sat 11th April from 10am to 11am, Tea and Coffee available to purchase upstairs in Clubhouse and Club shop open at same times. Camogie Feile in Skerries on sat also. All support welcome.
