Pride of place this week goes to the U15 footballers who won their Championship Final, coming from ten points behind to lift the Cup on a 7-5 to 3-9 scoreline. Congrats to all involved! Well done to the U14 footballers who reached their League final, and Hard luck to the U13 footballers who lost out narrowly on the Div.1 title, and U21 hurlers who were beaten in the Championship. Senior footballers finished the season with a defeat to RT Clondalkin. Good luck to Paul Wilde, Finn Chatten, David Boyd and Matthew Dooley who are on the Dublin North U13 development squad.
The Kube the Major fundraiser for the Clubhouse development is just 10 days away. The Kube will take place on Fri 14th November in the City North hotel at 8pm sharp. We would encourage everybody to buy their tickets as soon as possible. Tickets €20 are available from Joanne 086 4058523 or Ger 0866032017, tickets will be available in Clubhouse Tonight (Tues) and Thursday from 9pm.Please support the various contestants who are playing for charities, clubs and organisations, details and the Draw for the eight heats containing five persons can be seen on the brilliant videos on the club's Facebook page Skerries Harps presents The Kube or on www.skerriesharps.ie. On the night each contestant will enter The Kube on 2 occasions at minimum, with 2 contestants from each heat progressing to the final 16, and so on until we reach the Final, where four contestants will have the opportunity to take on the Kube and win €3,000. Joint Sponsors McMeel's Pharmacy will have a stand at the hotel on the night where it will be possible to purchase their many quality items at a Special offer price for One Night Only. Juvenile Social Night Sat 8th Nov at 8.30pm. All Mentors, Parents, friends and supporters very welcome to this night in appreciation of all their support over the last year. Live Music and Food on the night. Always a Great Night.

The club extends its sympathy to the Fanning family on the recent passing of Margaret (Madge) Fanning and to Eddie McCarthy and the McCarthy family on the recent passing of Eddie's father. May they rest in peace.
