Well Done to Lyndsey Davey on being named player of the match in Dublin’s ladies football win over Galway in the All-Ireland semi-final. Good luck in the final on Sunday the 28th September. Hard luck to the Junior Hurlers in semi-final championship defeat to Naomh Olaf, also to Bryan Cullen, Donal McIlgorm on Dublin's Senior and Minor defeats in All-Ireland Semis and to Eve Kehoe who lost out to Wexford with Dublin’s Minor Camogie.

Fixtures:  Sat 6th Sept Senior Football V Erin’s Isle Away 6pm. Sun 7th Sept Minor Hurling  V Castleknock in Championship 10.15am Home.

As you can see The New Clubhouse is taking shape at the end of the car park, our donation drive is moving into full swing, by now all members should have received your donations pack, if not they are available from the clubhouse or club website www.skerriesharps.ie.

D Kube meeting on Thursday 11th Sept at 9pm in Clubhouse. All welcome to attend and help us organise the Event. Anyone interested in being a Contestant in D Kube can Contact Fergal 0868984657 or Joanne 0864058523 for details.

Adult Games Meeting Thurs 10pm, Juveniles resume at 9am.

Harps Golf Society Captain’s (Paul Murrays) Prize in Skerries GC on Fri 19th Sept. Timesheet now available 10am to 12pm. Contact Paul 0851740474. Support for Paul’s Prize would be very welcome if you can. Probably the last SHAG's Outing in Old Clubhouse. Entry Fee €40 includes Golf, Meal and Prizes.

Zingo result: 2-6-3-5-4-7-1. We had no Jackpot winner last night but we did have a dividend winner. Congratulations to Kian Coleman on winning €250. Jackpot now a Massive €6,700. Could sort out some Back to School Fees!! Why not Play this week and help your club!! All proceeds go to the day to day running of the Harps.  Next Draw Thursday night in The Bus Bar at 10.30pm. While work continues on New Clubhouse, Car Park will remain closed. Access to pitch is via steps/gate on left hand side. See website for alternate parking arrangements.

The club extends its sincere sympathy to John Rice and the Rice family on the recent death of Pat Rice. May he rest in peace.
