The 3rd Annual Bryan Cullen U16 Football Tournament took place on Sun 4th Aug and saw 11 visiting teams across all 4 provinces make their way to Skerries for this highly competitive day of Football. The tournament was a huge success with a massive voluntary effort across the club coming together to make the event one to remember for all who took part. Many thanks to all who contributed to the day! Congratulations to St Mary's Burren, winners of the Oliver Moore Cup & Clonmel Commericals, winners of the Oliver Moore Shield. Thanks also to Bryan Cullen for giving his time to meet with the teams on the morning of the tournament, before he had to dash to Omagh for the Dublin vs Tyrone Match, to his family for attending and presenting medals to the tournament winners on his behalf, and to the Moore family for presenting the trophies to the winning teams.

Congratulations to Lyndsey Davey & the Dublin Senior Ladies on their comprehensive win over Kerry in the All-Ireland Qtr Final & will now face Cork in the Semi Final, and to Alix Buckley & Megan Carroll with the Dublin Intermediate Camogie team who defeated Antrim last Sat 3rd. Well done to Eoin Wilde, Luke Whelan & Joe May who we’re on the Dublin U16 Panel who defeated Down in the Gerry Reilly Semi Final on Sat 3rd and will play Meath in the final. Congrat to Eoin on his Man of the Match Award. Well done also to Alex Ward with the Dublin u14 Camogie panel who played in the intercounty blitz on the bank holiday. Finally, hard luck to Adam Fearon and the Dublin U20's who lost out ot Cork in the All- Ireland Final.

The 2019 Annual Skerries Harps Golf Classic took place Friday 2nd August at Skerries Golf Club and was a huge success. Many thanks to all who entered teams, 28 in total, and played on a glorious sunny day! Perfect conditions! Congratulations to the winners, captained by Paul Molly with a winning score of 92points. Many thanks also to all who sponsored prizes & tees. And well done to the committee who worked extremely hard to make the classic a great success for all who participated.

The Skerries Harps Nursery camp commences Tuesday the 6th- Fri 9th @ the Clubhouse from 10am-2pm. There are a few limited places available, contact Louise on 0851465673.

Cul Camp 2 takes place next Monday 12th to Friday 16th from 10am-2:30pm - this camp is fully booked and any cul camp gear not collected will be available on Mon 12th.

• Oct 27th - Major Club Fundraiser "The Chaser" will take place in CityNorth Hotel, Gormanston. Promises to be a great night on the club calendar.
