Please note that there are two prizes of one ticket each. Lines in the Raffle cost €5 for 1 line or 3 lines for €10 and are available from Eamon or any of the staff in the Club Bar. Exercise Sessions in the Club
In addition to the exercise sessions run by Jamie Harris Professional Fitness in the Club during the week there are also exercise sessions run by Grace Keane from Good Karma Fitness. The sessions are a mix of TRX, kettlebell, body weight and boxercise exercises and they are held on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7 to 8 pm in the Club's Function Hall. All levels and ages are catered for and absolute beginners are most welcome. Drop in classes cost €10 per session and a pass for 6 classes costs €50 (valid for up to 2 months).
