Training started Sun 18th @ 10am and will continue each Sunday morning weather permitting. Departing from club and will cater for all abilities from complete beginners & up. We want to get as many people involved this year as it's a great way to get fit and a fantastic social gathering so this year the cost is reduced to €150 to cover cost of b&b eve meal and transport.
