Minor Boys V Kilkerly/N. Malachi @8.15pm AWAY in Monasterboice Other News: As the GAA season starts to wind down and the last Nursery-U10 training session takes place on Sat. 30th we would like to update you on New Club Activities:
Underage Running Session: We would like to continue our Wed. night sessions with the U7’s(Born 2007) and older from 6.30 – 7.30 BUT it will be a running session. We are currently working with mentors to generate a program that we will follow to keep the teams fit through the off season. This will run each week (based on interest) and cost €1 per child. We encourage all players from U7- Minors to come down as it will be tailored for all ages.
Newtown Striders Running Group: The Minor/Adult running group will also continue on Wed. night €2 per adult 6.30-7.30pm. To find out more join our group on FB- Newtown Blues Couch to 5km for more info and additional training times.We encourage all to get involved and it would be a great post season session for all players
Yoga with Cora McEvoy: Tues. 6.30-7.30pm or Mon. 10-11am Yoga sessions in Blues Clubhouse. It is a 6 week program (€30 for the 6 week program) starting Tues. 9th Sept. Spaces are limited so please give your name to Orlaith (086 8140876) or the running mentors (Jane/Mags/Johnny) ASAP to secure your place.
