Another great week-end for our club. Our intermediate footballers had an impressive win over Good Counsel in their championship game in the "boggies". Our minors have won all of the three games in their championship group beating Whitehall/ Colmcille in their game at cloghran on Sunday. Team of the week must be our u/16 hurlers who had a narrow victory over Castleknock on Saturday in the "boggies". and now join our u/15 hurlers and our u/14 camogie team who have already reached their respective championship finals. The lads showed great spirit and character in winning this game. They missed a few goal chances but they never gave up the fight and kept on hurling until the final whistle blew. It was a real team effort with every lad giving all they had. Well done to the management team and the panel of players you are a credit to your club! Go maire sibh. Our u/15 hurlers play Craobh Chiaráin in the final next week-end in Perugines ground and we would ask you all to come out and support these young lads. They deserve it. Details of the time etc. can be got from club . Executive meeting will be held on Thursday night at 8pm juvenile meeting on Tuesday night at 9oc Juvenile A.G.M will be held on November 12th . Some up coming fixtures to note senior hurlers play Cuala in the "A" championship relegation in the "Boggies" on Oct.26th while our u/16 hurlers are down to play Craobh Chiaráin in the championship final on the same date.
