Free Talk - Resilience & Wellbeing
Come along to our free Resilience & Wellbeing Talk by renowned coach and motivational speaker Tommy Stevenson.
- Date: Friday 1st March, 7pm
- Location: RGU Clubhouse
The talk is part of our Health & Wellbeing Programme and is open to anyone aged 14yrs and over, throughout the community, not just RGU members.
Tommy has worked with a wide range of athletes and is well known in GAA circles, working with high-level performance teams and for his participation in RTÉ Hell Week.
We would encourage all parents and guardians to attend, so they can get an insight and enhance resilience and coping mechanisms for children and teenagers.
Mid-Term Fun Day
We're holding a mid-term fun day in February for Primary 2 - Year 9 pupils.
The session will be facilitated by Jenny Fitzsimon from JLF Sports with the help of coaches/mentors from the Club and some special guests from Down GAA and Down LGFA.
Date: Friday 16th Febraury, 10am - 2pm
Location: Páirc Tomás Ruséil
Cost: £10 per child

Call for 2024 Mentors
With teams starting to get up and running again, we would like to invite those interested in becoming mentors for our juvenile teams to register interest.

4G & Hardcourt Pitch for Hire
Our 4G pitch and hardcourt are now available to hire to both teams within the Club and external groups.
Slots can be booked for:
- 60 minutes
- 90 minutes
- 120 minutes
Cost to non-RGU teams is £50 per hour
