2022 RGU Membership
This is a reminder that membership (GAA and LGFA) is now due for all age groups from juvenile through to senior.
Membership is important as players are not insured for training or matches if they have not initiated their registration.

LIDL PLUS LGFA CLUB REWARDS
Register for Lidl’s ‘Lidl Plus App’ and sign-up to the retailer’s reward scheme to earn rewards for the RGU.
You will need to complete a short survey to opt-in and then choose ‘RGU Downpatrick’.
Each time Lidl Plus registered users spend more than £30 in their local Lidl store and scan their app at the check-out between now and 27th March, they will receive a stamp on their digital stamp card.

RGU FACILITIES – DOG FOULING
It’s really simple folks. If you cannot:
- Keep your dog on a lead
- Pick-up your dog’s poo
We will have no other option than to ban dog walkers from our facilities.
The new season is underway and we have kids from U6 onwards using our pitches and training facilities. It is a disgrace and total lack of consideration for anyone to think it is ok to leave their dog’s business behind for either kids to fall in or our volunteers to pick-up.
CCTV is now in place – we know who you are, and we can return to sender or name and shame – don’t give us the option!
