Downpatrick RGU senior player Ronan Murphy has organised a sweepstake for the All-Ireland football final, between Dublin and Mayo this Saturday. It is £5 per entry and you will be given a number which will correlate to a minute in the All Ireland final. If the first goal is scored in your minute, you win. The prize is £100. The remainder of the money raised goes to the RGU. The rules are as follows: there is a 35+ and 70+ minute. This includes injury time in both halves. 0-60 seconds is the first minute and so on, with RTE giving the official time. You do not get to pick your number. It is randomly generated. If no goal is scored, all the names of those who entered go into a hat and one person is drawn out. The entry fee must be paid before you are entered into the draw and all numbers will be given out when the last number is sold. The draw closes at 12 noon on match day, which is Saturday, and all numbers will be posted once the last entry is sold. Ronan’s Paypal is rmurphy651@yahoo.com. Be sure to put your name in the Paypal reference and the best of luck. Our tickets are now available for our Club Draw, for 2021. See any committee member for details. This week’s lotto numbers drawn by Roisin Polly were: 2, 5, 17 and 28. There was no Jackpot winner, but four tickets matched three numbers to share £100. Congratulations to Anthony O'Shea, Libby McAlea, Lynda Turley and Paul Burns. Next week’s Jackpot is £2500 and the last draw before Christmas. Thank you for your continued support
