At last we get back to playing games this weekend as our Senior men and reserves take to the field. Our Senior men take on Bredagh at Cherryvale this Friday evening at 7:30pm. Also in this group are An Riocht, Annaclone and St John’s Drumnnaquoile. Our Reserves, playing in the Felix Darby PRF Cup, are at home to Liatroim on Saturday evening at 17:00hrs. The Senior Ladies start their programme away to Bredagh as well on Saturday evening.
Normally we would be asking our supporters to come out and get behind the teams but current government regulations stipulate that no spectators are allowed at games. If this changes, the update will be published on social media.
All juvenile fixtures will be published on Facebook.
It is with great sadness that we have learned of the sudden passing of former player Seamus Monan last week. To his wife Mary and his family circle we send our deepest sympathy. Ar dhéis Dé go rabh a anam úasal.
Happy birthday to our Children’s Officer Roisin Polly who celebrates a very significant milestone this week.
This week’s lotto numbers, drawn by Paddy Rice were 7, 17, 24 & 26. Three people share £100 for matching three numbers correctly. There was no jackpot winner, and next week’s Jackpot is now £4200.
