Minor Boys Championship Final

The St Colmcilles Family went to Pairc Tailteann in their droves to support the Boys in the Division 1 Minor Championship Final against Dunboyne on Sunday. The boys put up a gallant performance and with four minutes left in the match were leading by a point and looked like they would bring home the Cup. Unfortunately Dunboyne did not read the script and scored a late goal and our dream ended. The final score was 2:06 to 1:06 to Dunboyne. These boys are part of the Clubs future and they did the massive support that attended proud. The future is Bright!!!

Minor Ladies Championship Final

Again the support for the girls in the Minor Final in Ashbourne was brilliant and loud!!!. The weather was terrible and it made for heavy going on the pitch. Unfortunately St. Pats came out on top on the day but the Colmcilles girls did the Club proud. For full coverage and photos visit our facebook page – Colmcilles GFC

U-15 Girls Final

We did have success on Sunday morning when our U-15 girls won the shield final against St. Ultan’s. It was a great match as the girls were losing by 9 points at halftime and won by a point. Well done girls, great success!!!

2014/2015 Club Development Fund Appeal

St. Colmcilles GAA Club is under severe pressure, due to the size of the Club, in terms of our facilities. We need to provide new pitches and facilities to our members that are fit for purpose and are available to all our teams throughout the year. These developments include:

We need to raise funds urgently to fund these developments. In Phase 1 of our appeal we have two options for raising funds that our members can choose from and they are:

  1. Life Membership Plan
  1. Taxed Based Donation to Club Development Fund

Further details of these options are available on our website at www.cilles.com or by making contact with any committee member.
