St. Colmcilles Men on the Move Project
The Men on the Move Project had a great turnout for the first night of the first block of 6 week physical activity. Men on the Move is aimed at men in Meath aged 30 and over to get them active have fun and improve fitness levels. You don’t need to be fit to take part- the training sessions are structured so that you can find the level appropriate for you to join and progress your fitness at a pace to suit you.
Robert Cosgrove a Personal Trainer provides the guidance in a fun atmosphere and all involved had a good workout. The programme is Free and takes place at 7:30pm to 8:30pm every Monday in Piltown.
