Senior Men’s Football

This Friday sees the IFC quarter final of St Colmcilles v St Michaels in Duleek. Throw in 19:30.  The lads are unbeaten in the championship, have topped their championship group and also the Division 2 league with a league final still to come and promotion to Division 1 secured for the first time in our history.  We’ve only suffered 3 defeats in all 2015 but Friday is a MASSIVE ask as we seek to avenge the quarter final defeat of 2013.  It has been a tough year with a number of key players injured but the lads have responded in style to drive on in the league and championship to set up an exciting finale for the year.

A semi-final in Pairc Tailteann on September 13 v Ratoath or Ballinabrackey awaits the winners and what a great occasion that would be!!!!

Senior Ladies

Ladies Junior A Semi Final on Sunday the 6th Sept: St Colmcilles v Dunboyne in Piltown. Throw in 19:00.  With only one championship defeat this year the Ladies have been setting a very high standard in the Junior Championship.  However in their quest to go one step further than 2014 they face the toughest of tests when they face the Division 1 league winners, Dunboyne.  In the group stages a last minute goal grabbed the win for the “Cilletes” during the summer so this is sure to be a belter.  Can we add a junior A championship final to our “Ladies club of the year” award for 2014?  Time will tell.  The prize will be a first ever Junior Championship final for the girls on Saturday 19th August

To get over the line we need our Supporters out in force and what better way to spend the weekend than in Duleek and Piltown.  Let’s get behind both teams, get the flags out and turn both venues BLUE !!!

Online Club Shop

St Colmcilles Club gear is now available directly from www.oneills.com at the attached link:

https://www.oneills.com/shop-by-team/gaa/ireland/st-colmcilles-gaa-east-meath.html
The shop is administered by O’Neills and all transactions are direct with O’Neills.  This will allow patrons 24 hour access to the shop 365 days of the year.  Delivery will be by O’Neills direct to the customer and not through the club.  There is only a minor change to the club jersey (round collar).  This is being done to modernise the jersey but also to ensure that anyone with old style jersey may still use this. Happy Shopping!!!
