Junior 'B's victorious over Dunderry
The Junior 'B' team finished off a very good Donaghmore / Ashbourne weekend with an impressive 6-13 to 0-11 victory over Dunderry in Dunshaughlin last night. Match report.
Seniors make Championship Quarter Final
Our senior team gave a great second half display to record a 1-13 to 0-13 win over Sensechalstown in the final group game of the championship to book a place in the quarter final of the competition. Match report to follow.
Junior A's beat Meath Hill
Our Junior A team recorded a 1-12 to 1-07 win over Meath Hill in Slane on Saturday evening to secure a place in the quarter finals. The sides were level 0-06 to 1-03 at half time but a late rally by the Moors saw 1-02 in injury time flatter our lads en route to a 5 point win. Match Report
Junior D's in quarter final despite defeat
Our junior D team travelled to Ratoath on Friday night for their top of the table clash with Dunsany's 2nd string side. With both sides already qualified for the quarter finals the winner of this game would book top spot in the group stages.Our lads gave the the opposition too much respect in the opening half but played better in the 2nd period although we lost on a score line of 0-08 to 1-12. Donaghmore Ashbourne are holding a junior disco on August 27th from 8-12 in the Arena. Superstar DJ's. Tickets €10 available from the Club.
