THere was no Jackpot winner in the draw of 11/8/24. Congratulations to on-line player John Willox of Grantown-on-Spey, who had four correct numbers and was the randomly-picked winner of the £100 Consolation Prize. The Jackpot now increases to an amazing £7,200 for the draw of 18/8/24. It has been an interesting week, with a narrow 2-1 defeat away to Wick Academy FC on Wednesday night (arriving home in Grantown at 1.45am) and then up at 7-ish to put up our covered stall at the Grantown Show ("Cattle Show" to locals). Many thanks to Mags, Fiona and Charlie for manning the stall throughout the day and bolstering the club's income with sales of draw tickets and merchandise. Next Saturday 17/8/24 we visit Princess Royal Park, Banff to take on Deveronvale FC, and another keenly contested match is anticipated.
