If no jackpot winner, then we move to 4 numbers, if more than one person (either online or offline) matches 4 then we randomly select ONE person to win the £100 consolation prize. If no one matches 4 numbers then we move to match 3 numbers, again if more than one person matches 3 numbers then 1 person from these entries will be randomly selected to win £100 consolation prize. Therefore, although it may show online that you have matched 4 or 3 numbers, it may not mean you have won- it means you will be included with other match 4 (or match 3 if no match 4) people to select one winner.
