Kilmainhamwood have had mixed fortunes in the last two days losing their opening JFC tie to Moynalvey and then confortably getting the better of Logwood in the Division 3 clash.
The first JFC encounter was played in glorious sunshine in Marty last Sunday where Moynalvey proved too strong all over the pitch and once they established an early lead they never looked like losing it.
Tonight (Tuesday 02.06.09) again in glorious sunshine in the 'Wood Kilmainhamwood outplayed Logwood to win by more that 12 points. Stephen Kiernan was in deadly form finishing with 3-5. Paudie Owens was also fantastic this evening and ran at the Logwood defense all evening.
Next Draw for a Jackpot of €5,800 takes place in McKenna's on Monday 8th June @ 9pm
