The numbers drawn in the weekly club lotto draw held last Saturday night were the following... 04, 28, 30 and 32. There was no winner of the €5,800 jackpot. The four lucky dip winners of €20 each are (1) Ann Stokes (online), (2) Sophie Mulqueen (promoter O'Grady's), (3) Joe Condon (promoter Mossie & Pat) and (4) Philip Byrnes (promoter Eoin Kennedy) The jackpot this Saturday night will be €5,900 - thank you for your continued support. The club's under 12 hurling team are heading to Croke Park later this month! A fundraising table quiz will take place in The Rock Bar, Granagh on Friday (August 12th) at 9pm. A table of four will cost €30. All are welcome.
All of the club's lotto proceeds for this week (the draw of Saturday, August 13th) will go towards the trip to Croker! Thank you for your continued support! Finally, well done to our intermediate hurlers who put in a super display to overcome Hospital/Herbertstown in the second round of the championship yesterday. They will face neighbours Knockaderry in Round 3 around the first weekend in September. Before then they will play Tournafulla in the Jim 'Twin' Lynch Memorial tournament this Friday evening in Ballingarry at 7.15pm. All proceeds from this game will go to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine appeal. All support welcome - and bring your sunblock!
