The winning numbers from Monday night’s Lotto draw were 1, 11, 17, 21. There were three Match 3 winners, Niall Byrne, Geraldine Farnan and Garbhán Blake who win €70 each. Next week’s jackpot will be a very worthwhile €8,000 for a lucky winner. Talking about lucky winners, congratulations to Ronan Gogan, the club’s ex-goalkeeper, who won the second of Meath County Board’s house draws. That makes it two winners from the club after Paddy O Dwyer won the first house on offer last year. Our senior men exited the championship last Friday night when Simonstown proved too strong in the second half of the championship quarter-final in Ashbourne. We held a two point advanatge at half-time but were unable to reproduce the same form after the break. Nevertheless, great credit is due to all involved in getting the club to the quarter final for the first time in a number of years. Thanks to the management team and all on the panel for their exceptional levels of commitment and dedication since last November when training began. Best of luck to our Under 21 men who take on Donaghmore/Ashbourne in the Under 21 championship on Saturday in Ratoath at 5 p.m. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for any changes due to bad weather .
