Congratulations and best wish’s to Maurs very own Vinny Whelan who plays in Goal along with Ciaran Reddin who starts as a Sub for the Dublin Football team on New Years day against the Dublin Stars 2012. The Match is at 2.00pm in St. Peregines with free parking in the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre along with a bus shuttle service provided by Dublin Bus.
Well done to our social Committee who organized both a fantastic Santa Visit and New Years Eve Party over the Christmas both very successful events. The Club was full to capacity with over 300 children turning up to see Santa which far exceeded both Santa and the committees expectations and both are already working on a return visit for 2013.Unfortunately as expected tickets for the New Years Eve Party have been in high demand and the event is completely sold out.
Bookings for the new Refurbished bar are starting to build up already for 2013 so get in early if you have a function or occasion in mind for next year as even April and May are looking congested at this stage.
St. Maurs Club Bar will be open on Sundays from 1.30 pm for the foreseeable future.
The Mangement of St. Maurs would like to wish all our members, mentors, staff, helpers and their families a happy and peaceful New Year and we look forward to seeing you all back safely in the New Year.
