Best of Luck to Rush National School senior boys team playing in Croke Park on Tuesday throw in 2.15pm.
A huge day for them and Teachers Morgan Doran and Ronan Mc Ginty. The school is running buses to the match so to all those attending have a good day out and enjoy the atmosphere that Croke Park creates and hopefully there will be many return visits in the years ahead for all concerned both on and off the pitch.
Santa visits St Maurs on Saturday the 22nd of December when we host a Christmas Party for all juvenile players and their families in the upstairs Lounge from 4.00 pm on wards.
On 31st a New Years eve Party will be held in the upstairs lounge with music, food and plenty of craic. Tickets are 15 Euro each.
ST. Maurs Annual Christmas Draw tickets are currently on sale with 201 prizes on offer first prize being an Avensis car or 20,000 cash.The draw takes place on the 15th of December.
U14 St.Maurs/O'Dwyers camogie won a very important match in Lucan on a freezing cold Saturday morning 6goals 4points to 1goal 1point. This sees the girls joint leaders in their group and heading to a three way playoff to decide the league title next weekend.
Congratulations to the Maurs Minors footballers who have qualified to the championship semi final.
Bookings for the new Refurbished bar are starting to build up already for 2013 so get in early if you have a function or occasion in mind for next year as even April and May are looking congested at this stage.
St. Maurs Club Bar will be open on Sundays from 1.30 pm for the foreseeable future.
