Halloween Camp 2012

St Maurs GAA club would like to invite any boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 10 to our Halloween Camp 2012. This will be a Hurling and Football camp. Children will receive expert coaching in a fun and safe environment. All children are welcome even those that have never played before.
Details are as follows:
Date: Hurling/Football camp Tuesday 30th October to Thursday the 1st November.
Times:10.00am to 2:00pm each day
Venue: St Maurs GAA club room.
Fee: €25.00 for camp per child or €40 for two children.


MATCH REPORTS

Ladies Camogie Shield Final St Maurs 8-07, Lucan Sarsfield 1-01 Congratulations ladies on a fantastic victory today.

Minor Football B Championship Naomh Fionnbarra 3-07 St Maurs 2-13 .Well done lads on a well deserved victory.

U9 hurlers were at home v Clontarf. The Maurs Maroon lost by a point.
On Maurs Gold team won comfortably.

Our under 10 hurlers hosted O'Dwyers and were narrowly beaten.

Our under 10 footballers were invited to participate in the 2012 Jack McCartan Tournment in Belfast on Sunday, 14th October. St. Maur's were the first Dublin team to take part in this competition since it began 30 years ago. Maur's played extremely well, beating some stiff competition, to get through to the semi-final of the cup competition and were among the top four teams of the 18 teams playing. Well done lads!

Our U11 Hurlers were away to Raheny where they lost out after a huge effort against the joint league leaders.

U14 CAMOGIE Maurs/O'Dwyers had a great Semi-Final Championship match on Saturday - very well done girls on a hard fought battle with Skerries.



The management and membership of St. Maurs GAA Club wish to offer our best wish’s to our Office Secretary Jean who will after this week move onto new career opportunities. Congratulations Jean on the new job and thanks for all the work carried out which in most situations was over and above the call of duty.
