The all Ireland hurling Feile is on july 5/6/7 and on thurs 5 and friday 6th we are hosting games in division 5 as well as hosting players and mentors from the Donegal team , Ballyshannon in Rush. If we win our group, the semi is in Rush Fri evening and then its on to the final in parnell pk saturday
In order to make this a success we need a lot of help from everyone in the club.
Our unders 10s played their last football match, before the summer break, at home against St. Finbar's and both teams won their games.
St. Maurs U11 Hurlers in their last match before the Summer break played away to Liffey Gaels on Saturday and had a comprehensive win.
St Maurs U13 Footballer won out against Round Towers Clondalkin 5-12 to 3-9
St. Maurs 16 footballers had a good win over Whitehall Colmcille on Saturday with a score of 1-14 to 0-6
St. Maurs 1st team narrowly lost out to Sylvester’s in the league on Wednesday night away where Gary Sweeney of Sylvester’s was badly injured along with Barry Moore of St Maurs.
The Management and membership of St. Maurs extend our best wishes to Gary and Barry and hope both players a speedy recovery from their injuries and look forward to seeing both players back playing as soon as possible.
The 1st team had a good victory at home on Friday night against St. Marys which keeps the team at mid table in the league.
St Maurs 2nd football team drew against kilmacud Crokes at home on Tuesday night.
