The 83rd AGM of St Maurs GAA club will be held in the club on Thursday the 12th of April at 8.00pm all members are encouraged to attend.
Well done to the 6 Maurs U14 Hurlers who represented the Club in the Feile Exhibition match held during half at the Dublin in Croke Park on Saturday.
Best of luck to the 3 Maurs players on the U21 Dublin panel who will be in the Leinster Final against Louth on Wednesday night @ 7.30 in Pairc Tailteann in Navan. Our Senior ladies footballers had a good win over Clann Mhuire who they beat 4-16 to 2-7
Maurs Senior Footballers drew against Fingal Ravens away on Saturday night. Maurs led for the whole game and Ravens only drew level with the second last kick of the game. Our third Football team won away against Tyrellstown. Maurs Senior Camogie team won against St Vincents with a 4-5 to 11.
Maurs Minor Hurlers had a good win over Raheny with a score of 5-10 to 1-4. Our U14 Camogie team lost out against Whitehall Colmcille. Our U16 lady Footballers won 12-14 to 0-5 in a win over Ballyboughal. Our U16 Footballers beat Lucan Sarsfield by 5 points at home. Maurs U12 Hurlers won away to Kilmacud Crokes by three points where a great display was put on by all. Our under 11’s Hurlers lost out in a very competitive friendly hurling match at home to Rathoath. Maurs U 9’s Hurlers played away to Trinity Gaels and won one match and lost the other.
