Our Senior Hurlers won their league Cup Final on Sunday against Raheny at home with a large following looking on in
what was a very tight finish. The team who are on a roll this year will move up a division next year and deserve
all the congratulations they are getting.
Our U21 lost out to Skerries in St. Margrets during the week.
Well done to the Rush National School Junior football team who won their league cup final against Ballymun school
under the guidance of Mr. Ahearne, Mr. Mc Ginty, and Mr O’ Malley.
The U9’s played away to Ballymun Kickhams on Saturday where the Maroon team won their match with stand out
performances from Sean O Neil, Cian Rock, Ryan Weldon, and man of the match award went to Sean O’Dea. The Gold team
lost out despite great efforts by Todd Milne Nicholas Heffernan and Evan Mackle.
Our U8’s took a break this week and were treated to Quazar for the team who raised most in the Balloon fundraiser
and a good time was had by all. Well done to Robbie, John, Jason and Paul for taking this task on and luckily the
two lads still had enough energy left for the Hurling final the next day.
Our U10 have finished all match’s for this year but will continue with weekly training.
