We had no winner of our Lotto Jackpot for €16,000 last Monday night in Keady's Bar. We had two match 3 winners - Owen Carey (Moyne) & Deirdre Watson (Loughrea). Numbers drawn were 3-7-26-27. The Intermediate Championship kicks off this weekend as we take on Spiddal in Moycullen at 12 noon on Sunday. All support greatly appreciated for the team and management. The Intermediates defeated Athenry in the Cahill Cup last Thurday. They led at half time 1-5 to 0-6 with a goal from new captain Reece O'Toole and continued to pick off their points in the second half while being solid at the back. The full back line were impressive with Joe Keane and Steven Nally having fine games. Others to play well were Richard Fahy at midfield and Reece O'Toole at wing back. We now wait on other results which will decide if we make through the group. Our u-21 County Final has been postponed until further notice due to a number of reasons. It will most likely be after the summer when players have returned from the US and other senior games have been played.

Our Junior B team registered their first two points of the division 5 league campaign with a hard fought win over Claregalway, 4-6 to 0-10.
