We had no winner in our Facebook Live lotto draw for a €25,350 jackpot on Sunday night. Numbers drawn were 4,13,19,27. We had three match 3's who share €150: Kevin Hughes, Oaklands, Headford; Joan Moran, Brownsisland, Kilconly; Nora Duddy . Next lotto draw will be on Sunday July 30th on Facebook Live at 9pm and the jackpot will be €25,500. Tickets can be bought on our website and in Tesco, Monaghan's Centra, The Trading Post, Ted McHugh's, The Angler's Rest and Varley's.

U-13's defeated Menlough last week.
U-15's were to play Caherlistrane yesterday evening, Tuesday.
U-17 division 2 team had a big win over Athenry on Sunday morning in Headford, 1-15 to 0-2. Their next game is away to Mountbellew/Moylough on August 6th.The division 4 team played Annaghdown on Sunday as well and came out on top in a high scoring game, 7-15 to 3-19. Their next game is away to Oranmore/Maree on August 6th.
Our Junior's championship campaign opens with a home game against Athenry on Saturday evening in Headford at 6.30pm. Having a home championship game is unique and it would be great to see a big crowd there to support the lads.
We hosted our own Cul Camps last week in association with St Fursey's. It was a great success with 140 kids taking part. Hosting our own camp definitely provides a higher level of coaching for the players. Special thanks to all the coaches, our secretary Sean Kenny and co-ordinators Colin O Reilly and Louise Murphy. Thank you to St Furseys and Galway ladies player Aoife Molloy who came down to talk to the kids and signed autographs.
Thanks to Tesco who donated €785 to us under their community grant scheme.
On Monday we held a presentation evening in the Anglers Rest Hotel. The successful U-12 and U-14 teams from 2022 were presented with their medals by Galway star Johnny McGrath. Johnny had an outstanding season for the county and we were delighted to have him present.
We also unveiled our new jersey sponsors. Big thanks to Jim Joyce of Joyce's Hardware who has come on board as sponsor of all teams from U-15 to adult level for the next five years. Pat Joyce, a long term club sponsor, will sponsor all our underage teams from U-7 to U-14 for the next five years under the Careplus Pharmacy banner. Their support is greatly appreciated.
