We had no winner in our Facebook Lotto Live draw for a jackpot of €15,750. Numbers drawn were 13,14,20,23. There was three match 3 winners who win a share of €150 – Tom Hughes, Mountross, Headford: Grace Conneally, Culleen, Headford: Ann Marie Flaherty, Carnakib, Headford. Tickets for next weeks draw can be bought on our website and in Joyce's Supermarket, Monaghan's Centra, The Trading Post, Ted McHugh's, The Angler's Rest & Varley's. Next lotto draw will be on Sunday May 8th on Facebook Live at 9pm and the jackpot will be €15,900. Intermediates play Monivea/Abbey on Friday at 7.30pm. The Junior B team are due to play Kilconly at home this weekend. To be confirmed. U-19’s defeated Kilkerrin/Clonberne/Killererin last week to make it two wins from two. Congratulations to our U-15 Feile team and management who captured the Division 2 title in Tuam Stadium after defeating Monivea Abbey 1-7 to 2-3 in a pulsating game. They had already defeated St James’s, Annaghdown, Athenry and Clifden along the way. Congratulations also to St Fursey’s Feile team and management who claimed their Division 2 title after beating Corofin in their final in Belclare. They had big wins over Corofin, Moycullen and Menlough/Skehana to qualify for the final. All in all a brilliant weekend for football in the parish.
