We had no winner of our Facebook Live lotto draw for €20,000 jackpot last Sunday night. Numbers drawn were 3-11-12-24. We had seven match 3 winners sharing €150 - Neil Walsh (Ballycasey), Frances Walsh (Ballycasey), Linda Dunleavy (Ballinfull, Sligo), Nicola Lee (Carnakib), Alan Hannon (Clydagh), Martin Mulkeen (Caherlistrane) & Noel Geraghty (Shrule). A big thank you to all for your continued support. Tickets can be bought on our website and in Joyce's Supermarket, Monaghan's Centra & The Trading Post. Next draw will be Sunday 5th September on Facebook Live at 9pm.
Our Juniors do battle with Corofin in the North Board Championship Semi-Final this Friday at 6.45pm in Corofin. All support is welcome.
Next Saturday at 3pm our Intermediates get their Championship campaign underway vs Michael Breathnachs in Clonbur.
Tickets are limited and we wish to advise supporters that if they wish to attend they must contact the Club Secretary on 0876189474 to purchase a ticket.
Tickets must be purchased before Friday.
Well done and congrats to the u-15 Div 4 team and management on their epic win in the Féile Final in Tuam Stadium last Sunday morning, extra time and last minute winner certainly kept the heart rates high! Commiserations to Tuam Stars who contributed to a brilliant game of football. Our Division 2 also did very well to qualify from their group, having wins over Dunmore and Caherlistrane but came up against a fine Craughwell side in the semi final. Thanks to all the players and coaches for their commitment in the lead up and during the weekend.
Our club shop is open again this Monday, from 7.30pm-8.30pm. Huge thanks to Ciara Shanahan and Deirdre Halloran for their tireless work in the shop. See our social media or website for price lists and full details.
The club would like to extend our sympathies to the family of Jack Hanmore (Castlerea), father to John and grandfather to club players Seán, Adam & Peter.
The club would also like to extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Lee family after the passing of Kitty.
All of our thoughts are with her husband Walter, son Darragh, daughter Grace and all Kitty's extended family and friends at this time.
