We had no winner of our €20,000 lotto jackpot last Sunday night in Murphy's Kilbeg. We had one match 3 winner of €150 - Mary Cahill(Brodella, Shrule). Numbers drawn were 14-17-20-32. Next week's draw will be for €20,000 and will be held in Greenfield House on Sunday night.
The Juniors are due to play Caltra in the Junior B North Board Final in the next 2 weeks, details of the fixture will be on our website and social media as soon as they are available. Our Minor season came to an end last Monday night with a defeat at the hands of Cortoon Shamrocks. Although the lads endured a tough campaign with low squad numbers, there was good performances at times and some players are already making appearances at adult level which is testament to their ability and hard work. Big thanks to Sean Gillon & Eric Flynn for managing the team this year and thanks to the parents for their support Our annual Joyce's Supermarkets u-10 Tournament took place last Saturday. Well done & thanks to all 4 teams, Headford, Dunmore MacHales, Kilconly & Shrule/Glencorri. It was a very tight contest with 3 teams ending on 2 wins but it was Dunmore declared cup winners on points difference. Some fantastic football was played during the tournament. Thanks to all who helped out in any way to make the day run so smoothly. The club has now closed the weekly shop opening night for 2019.
